Rock n’ Revival for a Cure at The Southgate House Revival

The Rock n’ Revival for a Cure at The Southgate House Revival has been a show that has hit close to home for the Forsthoefel brothers.  Saturday, March 4th marks the second annual of the show and with the passing of their father in late January due to Glioblastoma (brain cancer), it will be one to remember.

The amount of support that The Grove have received for the benefit concert has almost doubled compared to the 2016 lineup.

“I can’t believe the amount of support we have on this lineup, so I’m kind of blown away by it,” said lead singer Adam Forsthoefel.

Most of the artists from the 2016 lineup will be coming back and newer ones have been added to the list.

With the array of different artists performing, each one of them share one common ground and that is support.

“I think it just shows how many people have had their lives affected by cancer and how supportive the music community is in Cincy,” said Adam.

Along with good music and alcohol (Rhinegeist will be sponsoring) comes food.  Food vendors include Eli’s Barbeque, Dewey’s Pizza, and Jersey Mike’s Subs.

The proceeds will go to UC Brain Tumor Center and their research for finding a cure for Glioblastoma.

Doors open at 4 p.m. and the show starts at 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 and the event is 18 and over. Grab your tickets HERE or at the door.
