Reverend Horton Heat Brings the Boogie back to Bunbury!

The Rev is returning to the Bunbury stage to rock n roll the crowd with some good ol’ fashioned psychobilly. The Dallas, Texas based trio first played Bunbury back in 2015 and are ready to once again put on a super swinging show.

Reverend Horton Heat has often been called, “The Godfather of modern rockabilly and psychobilly.” The band plays a little something for everyone mixing, country, punk rock, swing, big band and surf into one awesome collective sound. Reverend Horton Heat is well known for their live performances, full of energy and swagger, they are a blast to watch!

Forming waaaaay back in 1985, the group played their first gigs in Dallas’s famous Deep Ellum neighborhood, which was well known for its legendary jazz scene. From those humble beginnings, the band has gone on to release 11 studio albums and has shown up in video games, cartoons and even Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
